I bought this from hreski.com, and I feel kind of embarrassed for getting my hopes up so much. It looked like it would be really comfy, but after sitting/using it for a while, it starts to feel stiff. It’s not terrible or anything, but I definitely expected better...

I bought this from hreski.com a while back, it’s held up better than I thought it would. I’ve used it plenty and it still feels solid, with no loose pieces or anything breaking so far. I think other customers who want something that actually lasts would probably be happy with it too

I’m happy with it overall, especially for the price. The material feels solid and it looked just like the photos. I did notice one small finish issue on mine, but it wasn’t a big deal. I also got the receipt and order emails right away, so everything felt straightforward. I’d give it 4 stars.

I wore this in some heavy rain and it did a great job keeping me dry overall. The waterproofing works well, though I did notice the zipper let in just a tiny bit of water. Still, I’m happy with it and would definitely use it again in wet weather.

The return process was easy enough, and everything went fine overall. The refund did take a little longer than I expected, though. I’m also not totally sure about the quality, which is why I ended up sending it back

No back and forth, no weird hassle. The new item showed up fine too. So yeah, actually a good experience for an online shop.

The money showed back up on my card after a few days, with no arguing, no weird excuses, and no chasing them around. So yes, very relaxed experience, naturally, but I was really glad they made it that easy.

The tracking barely changed, the estimated date kept shifting, and after a while it felt like a bit of a bait and switch, they make it seem simple and reliable when you’re buying, but once the order is placed you’re just left guessing.

I’m usually a bit cautious with online orders because I’ve had boxes show up crushed or leaking before, so I checked this one from hreski.com carefully. Thankfully, it was packed really well. The box wasn’t damaged, everything had enough wrapping, and nothing was sliding around inside. It wasn’t over-the-top, just done properly, which I appreciate. No mess, no issues, and I felt good about the condition everything arrived in

I was hoping this would keep me warm, but I still felt cold even while I was indoors. The insulation just doesn’t seem very good, which was disappointing...

The size chart was actually useful , and the length turned out to be what I expected . I didn’t have to deal with an exchange or anything , so I’m happy with it .

Using it on my phone was annoying tbh. The pages loaded slowly, and I kept having to hunt around for the buttons because they weren’t easy to find.
